DURANT – Five students from the music department at Durant Intermediate School received a high honor this week. They were named to the Oklahoma Music Educators Association’s All-State Children’s Chorus.
They will perform with the Chorus on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018.
The students honored were: Karah Boydstun (Soprano Middle), Kenedy LaFevers (Soprano Middle), Miriam Nannestad (Alto), Olivia Ortega (Soprano Middle) and Emma Reeves (Soprano Middle Alternate).
