Indian Nation Wholesale acquires Standard Distributing, expanding reach and product portfolio

DURANT – Indian Nation Wholesale (INW), the leading wholesale distributor of candy, beverages, snacks and many other consumer goods in Oklahoma, announced the acquisition of Standard Distributing, a fellow distributor serving Northeast Oklahoma, Southeast Kansas and Northwest Arkansas. The acquisition will significantly expand INW’s reach and product offerings solidifying its position as a major player in the region’s wholesale market.

The acquisition is expected to close in the coming weeks. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
