County schools to offer meals for students during hiatus

BRYAN COUNTY – The Oklahoma State Board of Education has mandated that all schools will be closed through at least April 6, in light of the potential health risk through the COVID-19 virus.

However, many schools are offering lunches for their students during this time, with most staring on Monday, Mar. 23.

Below are links to Bryan County area school sites with instructions for receiving these meals, with conditions and procedures for picking them up:

• ACHILLE – LINK – Monday-Thursday, 9-11 a.m.

• BENNINGTON – LINK – Monday-Thursday, 10-11 a.m.

• BOSWELL – LINK – 9-11 a.m.

• CADDO – LINK – 11 a.m.-12 p.m. (Starting Mar. 30)

• CALERA – LINK – 5-7 p.m. See Slide 2 of 3.

• COLBERT – LINK – Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

• DURANT – LINK – 10-11 a.m.
