State Question 820 fails in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA – A special election in Oklahoma – State Question 820 – did not pass on Tuesday.

The unofficial results show that the measure was voted down 349,121 to 216,883. The “No” vote consisted of 61.7 percent of those who cast a vote.

In Bryan County, unofficially the vote showed those opposed at 4,189 to those who favored the measure at 1,996. The “No” vote consisted of 67.7 percent of the vote on the county level.
