DURANT – With the new wave of leadership on the Durant city council comes a new mayor.
Oden Grube was elected mayor in the council meeting on Monday morning.
Grube was voted in with a 4-0 vote and one abstention. New council member Steve Brittingham was elected vice mayor with a 5-0 vote.
