MILBURN – Alexis Gibson led the way for the Bears on Tuesday, not only in the circle, but also at the plate.

Gibson gave up only one hit in the circle in Bennington’s 14-0 victory over Milburn. She also took care of business with her bat, going 3-for-3 on the afternoon with 3 RBI. She had a triple and scored three times, as well.
Brianna Haislip also had a pair of hits and a pair of RBIs.
With the win on Tuesday, Bennington moved to 2-1 on the season. The Bears next take to the diamond in the Calera Tournament, which starts on Thursday.
