Darin Kinnamon, Sr.

Darin Truson Kinnamon, Sr., of Durant, Okla. passed from this life on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021 at the age of 51. He was born on Friday, Dec. 23, 1969 in Yuma, Ariz. to Herbert Doyle and Patricia Faye (Owens) Kinnamon.

He was a longtime resident of Durant, Okla. He enjoyed going to the casino, riding motorcycles and anything with a motor, fishing and chicken fighting.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Shannon Doyle Kinnamon.

Survivors include his wife, Davette Taylor of Durant, Okla.; sons, Darin Kinnamon, Jr. and wife Ericka McDonald of Mead, Okla., Kyle Kinnamon of Mesa, Ariz., Tyler Kinnamon of Bokchito, Okla., Dustin Ewing of Reno, Nevada; sister, Linda Arvizo and family; sister-in-law, Sherri Beth Kinnamon of Mesa, Ariz. and granddaughters Faye Kinnamon of Mead, Okla. and Bethany Kinnamon of Mead, Okla.

Cremation services were selected and a memorial date will be held at a later date.
