Courtney Ann Smith was born on July 18, 1990, in Fort Smith, Ark. to Michael Smith and Leslie Bates Calder. She passed from this life on Jan. 2, 2022, at the age of 31.
Courtney was a member of the Choctaw Nation. She loved her family above all things and especially loved spending time with her children. She enjoyed watching movies and listening to music. Courtney will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Courtney is survived by her parents; sons, Nathan Smith and Owen Smith; daughters, Riley Fields and Danielle Smith; brother, Jeremy Strait; sister, Stephanie Smith; grandfather, Roland Hallonquist and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Funeral service in her honor will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, at Miller and Miller Funeral Home in Hugo, Okla.
