McALESTER – Choctaw Defense Manufacturing, LLC (CDM), a tribally owned contractor in the Choctaw Global family of companies offering services to government and commercial contractors across the globe, has announced the manufacture, distribution and sale of plexiglass barriers to the public to help combat COVD-19.

“We recognize that we can provide an essential service to our communities,” said John Uvodich, President of CDM. “We’re here with this capability and ready to meet the demands that are forthcoming during this pandemic.”

The plexiglass barriers (sneeze guards) serve as a barrier between people. Designed to protect employees and customers from airborne viruses. CDM has begun manufacturing custom plexiglass shields in nearly any size, shape and price point.

Plexiglass barriers are designed for use in offices, gyms, grocery stores, nail salons, retail stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, small businesses and countless other settings.

Plexiglass will be ordered in sheets and cut to customers desired dimensions using a water jet, which will make the smoothest, sharpest and cleanest edge. All orders will be made-to-order at the CDM manufacturing warehouse in McAlester, Okla., and shipped within seven days of purchase.
