CADDO – People came from far and near to attend Caddo Heritage Day on an overcast Saturday.
It was reported that some came from places like Lubbock, Texas, while many simply walked to Buffalo Street from their homes, and through the course of the day more than 2,000 showed up for the annual event.
There was rain early, but the weather cleared up for the parade and the rest of the activities.
