The team at Workout Anytime in Durant set in motion a plan to help 50 local kids during the Christmas season. The effort resulted in blessing many more than just that.
Rana Pawan, owner of the Durant franchise, talked about how the plan grew.
“We partnered with the Boys and Girls Club here in Durant,” Pawan said. “We started off with 50 angels and we ended up with 107.
“Thanks to all our members and staff, we are helping 107 kids have a nice Christmas this year. And we actually had so many donations, we are able to donate toward 10 kids for Families Feeding Families, as well.”
Workout Anytime is located at 905 W. Main St. in Durant.
