At approximately 11 p.m. on July 28, 2026, Virginia Hayes left this world of pain and suffering. She had been in such pain and inability to move for so long that she had prayed for this moment.
Virginia was raised in Albany, Oklahoma by her parents Claude and Lola Pearl (Williams) Smith. She has one sister, Martha Whitworth.
Virginia was preceded in death by both of her parents. Also, going before her was her long-time husband, Doyle Ray Large and husband Alfred Hayes.
She left behind her son, Bobby Howard Large and wife Monona, daughters, Jacqueline Phelps, RaJeania Boon and her husband Brian, and grandchildren, Blake Large, Bobby Checole Large, Colt Ray Wright, Amber Wright, Daniel Boon, Josh Fults, Heather Fults, and Ashton Sempter. She has numerous other great grandchildren.
At her request…..there will be no service or funeral.
