DURANT – The community is invited to lend a hand and donate blood at Simmons Bank on Tuesday.
Our Blood Institute (formerly known as Oklahoma Blood Institute) has declared an emergency blood shortage and is asking donors of all blood types, especially O-negative and B-negative, to give immediately.
The bloodmobile will be at Simmons Bank, located at 90 W. Main St. in Durant.
Appointments to donate can be made online at obi.org or by calling 877-340-8777. Walk-ins are also welcome.
