Javier Lopez Rodriguez, 40, of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life on Sunday, June 21, 2026. He was born on February 3, 1986, in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Javier Lopez Flores and Gloria Rodriguez Alcantar. Javier came to Bryan County in 2007 from Dallas, Texas. He was married to his wife Nancy Ramirez. Javier worked in construction as a journeyman. When he was not working, he enjoyed fishing and riding horses.
Javier is survived by his loving mother; Gloria Rodriguez of Durant, Oklahoma, his son; Javier Lopez Ramirez of Aguascalientes, Mexico, sister; Esmeralda Esquivel of Decatur, Texas, brother; Noe Lopez of Dallas, Texas, and brother; Gustavo Lopez of Aguascalientes, Mexico.
A visitation and service for Javier will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 5-9 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Service chapel in Durant, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Services.
