Daniel Levi Billey of Durant, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026, at the age of 48. He was born on Thursday, August 25, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to Virginia Ruth (Carnes) and Chester Reed Billey.
Daniel dabbled in many different jobs. His work experience led him to become a jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing and playing dominos and horseshoes.
He was preceded in death by his parents Virginia Ruth (Carnes) and Chester Reed Billey; stepmother Debbie Cox; daughter Stormy Dawn Billey; sister Barbara Jo Billey; and niece Brandy Marie Billey.
Survivors include his daughters Carmen Ingersoll, Sierra Billey, Gracie Walker; sons Zachary West, Daniel West; grandchild Freya Ingersoll; sisters Jackie Billey, Shannon Billey, Erica Lewallen; brothers Chris Ecklund and wife Ruby, Jay Garrett; nieces Tia Jefferson, Chastedy Collins, Destiny Lee; nephews Alex Espericuta, Billy Collins, Johnny Reed, Bailey Smith; parents-in-law Donald and Ginger Smith; as well as other extended family and friends.
Cremation services have been selected.
