Doyal Lamar O’ Donley, a resident of Durant, Okla. left this life on January 1, 2022, at the age of 93. He was born in Electra, Texas on August 9, 1928, to Robert Lee O’ Donley and Eva Marie (Herriage) O’Donley.
Doyal was a truck driver for Rustin Concrete for 30 years. He cherished his family and friends.
Mr. O’Donley is survived by his stepchildren, Steven Wingard of Lone Grove, Okla., Kay Parrott of Durant, Okla., and Fran Gatlin of Durant, Okla.; step-grandchildren, Kevin Wingard, Lamar Parrott, Elaine Shatto, and Jimmie Wayne Gatlin and by numerous, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Mr. O’Donley was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee O’ Donley and Eva Marie O’ Donley; a brother; three wives and three birth children.
Family hour will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel in Durant, Okla.
A chapel service presided by Pastor Jimmie Wayne Gatlin in honor of his life will be at 2 p.m., Friday Jan. 7, 2022. His final resting place will be the Rosehill Cemetery in Calera, Okla.
Services are under the direction of Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Okla.
