Billy Marshall Smith, 70, passed away on May 17, 2021 in Lindon, Texas. Billy was born on Nov. 8, 1950 in Hugo, Okla. to Marshall and Mary Belle (Pillars) Smith. 
Billy graduated from Boswell High School and was small business owner. He was a Choctaw Elder and proud of his Choctaw heritage. In his free time, he enjoyed ranching.
Billy was preceded in death by his daughter, Wendy Smith and parents, Marshall and Mary Belle Smith.
Billy is survived by his children: Kevin Smith and wife Jennifer of Oak Point, Texas, Scott Allen Smith and wife Cyrren of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Lindsey Smith of Durant, Okla.; sister, Linda Woolbright of Boswell, Okla.; brothers, Ronnie Smith of Hugo, Okla. and Gary Smith and wife Denise of Boswell, Okla.; grandchildren: Triston Smith, Skyla Smith, Shyla Smith, Nhyla Smith and Landon Smith and numerous extended family and friends.
