Texoma “Jean” Davis, of Durant, Okla., passed from this life on Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020 at the age of 75. She was born on Sunday, Nov. 11, 1945 in Denison, Texas to Charles Walton and Nellie Mae (Lashley) Raines.
Jean enjoyed going to “That Country Music Place” and Branson. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Her church was special to her and she loved spending time with her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Walton and Nellie Mae (Lashley) Raines; first husband, Norvell Davis; brothers: Carl William Raines, Franklin Delano Raines and sisters: Lela Marie Mosley, Betty Jane Nix, Texanna “Sis” Koiner and Linda Jean Troublefield. 
She is survived by her former husband, Frankie Heathcock; many nieces, nephews and special friends B.J. and Trecia Burgess.
A family hour will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at the Gordon Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020 at the Rosewood Cemetery in Achille, Okla. with Bro. Anthony Williams officiating.
