Sharron Kay Mullins, of Durant, Okla., passed from this life on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020 at the age of 70. She was born on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 1950 in Sherman, Texas to William Anthony and Edna Thelma (Snow) Fontaine.
Sharron was known to most by Shari. She was a longtime resident of Durant. She graduated from the Grayson County College and became a Registered Nurse. She worked in many different areas of nursing including post partum, home health and hospice. She loved her family and especially her grandkids who called her Memaw and Meme. She was known to be dependable, caring, loving and giving. She had a big heart and was cherished by her family and all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Anthony and Edna Thelma (Snow) Fontaine; brother, Charles Lineberry and sisters, Wanda Troxell and Betty Snow.
She is survived by her son, Tracy Waymire of Denison, Texas; daughters: Tosha Ferguson of Durant, Okla., Sonya Mull of Durant, Okla.; grandson, Tristan Mull; granddaughters: Odyssie Hermann, Miranda Waymire, Mallory Waymire, Cierra Vause, Kenedy LaFevers; great-grandsons: Logan Mull, Paulie Thomas, James Jamesion, Aiden Sharp, Maylon McLain, Marshall McLain; brother, Don Lineberry; lifelong friends, Jack and Linda York, as well as numerous nieces, and nephews and extended family.
A family hour will be held from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, at Gordon Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020 at the Highland Cemetery in Durant, Okla. Cameron McClain, Brandon Grantland, Tristan Mull and Tracy Waymire will serve as pallbearers.
