The Durant Area Chamber of Commerce has been continuing its work throughout the recent national health crisis.
Among the ways the Chamber is serving the community is looking to connect local businesses with financing opportunities, put forward to assist during this time.
On Monday, the Chamber sent out a release with information from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce:
Dear Members,
Please be sure and visit savesmallbusiness.com. The US Chamber of Commerce is providing $5,000 grants for small businesses with 3-20 employees. The application will go live today Monday, April 20 at 2:00 PM CDT. Our zip code falls within the designated zip codes. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to call or email me. I have not yet seen the actual application but it states you only need your company’s W9 to apply.
