Vickie attended school in Stratford and Vanoss, Okla. She was of the Assemblies of God/Pentecostal faith and she enjoyed coloring, visiting with family, listening to Elvis and she loved to go to church.
Vickie is survived by her mother Mary Rosetta Hagler; sisters, Sarah Louise Rudder and Linda Hulsey; brother, Ronnie Rudder; son, David Lennis Rudder II and wife Regina; grandchildren, Elsie, Tara, Cheyenne, Tristen, Diamond, Victoria, Timmberr and Charrlee Rudder and numerous extended family and friends. 
Vickie was preceded in death by her father, David Lennis Rudder; sister, Martha Ann Rudder; brother, Lonnie Gene Rudder and grandmothers, Ora Lee Boyett and Sarah Elizabeth Rudder.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Pastor Michael Bradley will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be David Lennis Rudder II and Michael Goodlow.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
