Vance attended Durant Public School and worked as a grocery store manager and Casino Resort Manager. He was of the Baptist faith, a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and he enjoyed sports and his favorites were football and basketball. His favorite teams were the Pittsburg Steelers and Golden State Warriors.
Vance was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Sue Ghadianloo; father, William Bill Long; brother, Todd Long and grandparents, Madeline and Clayborn Elix. 
Vance is survived by his son, Elijah Long; daughter, Shannon Long; sister, Leigh Long “Lee Lee”; brother, Vince Long “Chito”; stepfather, Mike Ghadianloo; aunts: Gwen Sissy Elix, Laura Elix, Liz Reeder, Tracey Elix and Tammy Elix; cousin, Sonya Orange; mother to his son, Deidra Pullin and numerous extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2021 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow in Ravia Cemetery with Jaxon Pullin, Hayden Harris, Christian Osborne, Monty Taylor, Raymond Boice, Kenneth Gilmore and Jason LeFlore serving as pallbearers.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
