Valera Francis Hartline, 60, of Cartwright, Okla., passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. She was born March 10, 1962 in Denison, Texas to Charles and Melba Hartline.
She was a longtime resident of Cartwright, Okla., for 47 years. Fran liked to live her life to the fullest. She had a huge heart and loved everyone she came across.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Peebles; siblings, Charlene Liebl, Charles Hartline, Jr. and Larry B. Hartline.
She is survived by her sister, Renota Ralle and husband Jerry; daughters, Donna DeVore and Stevie Brown and husband Jesse.; grandchildren, Kelley Vanderveen, Kadence DeVore, Riley Ewton and Jacob Bauman Ewton; numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
A celebration of her life was held Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Okla.
