Two killed in collision near Roosevelt Bridge on Friday

BRYAN COUNTY – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle collision on Friday afternoon.

Bailey Greenlee, 20, of Kingston, was driving a 2019 Ford Mustang just east of the Roosevelt Bridge at about 2:07 p.m., according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Darryl Love, 60, of Kingston, was driving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. The two vehicles collided and the accident is still under investigation, according to the report.

Greenlee was transported by Bryan County EMS to Alliance Health Hospital in Durant and admitted with multiple injuries. Kaylei Green, 21, of Kingston, was a passenger in the car. She was pronounced deceased at the scene as a result of injuries sustained.

Love was transported by Bryan County EMS to Alliance Health Hospital in Durant, and later transferred to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in McKinney, Texas. Melva Love, 73, of Kingston, was pronounced deceased at the scene from injuries sustained in the collision.

Seatbelts were in use and airbags deployed by all occupants in both vehicles, according to the report.

The OHP was assisted in the investigation by the Bryan County Sheriff Office, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, West Bryan County Volunteer Fire Department, and the Oklahoma State Park Rangers.
