Kai is the daughter of Jack and Dottie Liwai and the younger sister to Maika.
Kai is a senior and an honor student at DHS with a membership in the National Honor Society. She is a member of the Durant Choir and was also in the music department’s production of Mary Poppins. She is also a past member of the Pride of Durant band. Kai is going into her 13th year with the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival After School dance program. She has been a part of the OSF Children’s Theatre since the age of 4, acting in many plays including Willy Wonka as the Candy Man.
Kai’s future plans are to earn a degree in nursing.
