Summer in Bryan County officially gets underway this week with the Magnolia Festival, the PRCA rodeo and the Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival.
OSF will be in its 45th season and the month of performances begins with Spitfire Grill. The musical has a setting of a Wisconsin town with the titular diner as the center of community life.
The cast includes: Kelly Lynn Smith, Jo Lenhart, Rebecca Walters, Chris Page, Justin Borak, Natalie Weaver and Jane Petty.
Performances of Spitfire Grille will be 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, and Friday, May 31, in the Visual and Performing Arts Center on the campus of the Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
