DURANT – Summer watch lists have been released at Southeastern senior Joel Carlos is recognized on one of those state lists.

The kicker/punter has been named as an Oklahoma College Football Player to Watch for the 2018 season.
Carlos was a two-time all-conference performer last season in the Great American Conference. He was place on the First Team All-GAC as a kicker and made the postseason conference list again as a punter on the Second Team.
In 2017, Carlos ranked eighth in the nation with 17 made field goals and he also made all 33 of his extra point attempts.
