DURANT – As the summer continues, there will be another opportunity to give blood here in Bryan County.

On Monday, July 31, the Oklahoma Blood Institute will be in the parking lot of Simmons Bank in Durant.
Blake Turney, Community President for Simmons in Durant, said the bank would love to have the community to come out and show support.
“The OBI is going to come out and pick up some blood for life-saving donations,” Turney said. “We’re really trying to encourage the community to come out. And we want to keep the blood institute coming back to the bank.”
