Ronnie E. Hall of Sherman, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the age of 75. He was born on Thursday, December 22, 1949 in Caddo, Oklahoma, to Audra Ruth (Jackson) and Glovis Edward Hall.
Ronnie was born and raised in Bryan County. He became a resident of Sherman, Texas in 2021. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1968-1972 and enjoyed telling others about his time in the military. He married Jo Ann (Rogers) Griggs on November 6, 2015 in Denison, Texas.
Ronnie enjoyed riding motorcycles, rebuilding cars in younger years, and going to the Legion to dance. He loved taking trips to Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents Audra Ruth (Jackson) and Glovis Edward Hall; and the mother of his children Deborah Jane Hall.
Survivors include his wife Jo Ann (Rogers) Hall of the home; son Michael Hall and wife Lisa of Denison, Texas; daughter Rebecca Gardner of McKinney, Texas; sister Mary Dell Butler and husband Richard of Mabank, Texas; grandchildren Austin Hall, Emily Hall, Mylee Hall, Lindsey Mapp and husband Jonathan, Madison Gardner, Zachary Gardner and wife Brynne, Jaylon Francis, Jorden Francis, Jovie Francis, Jackson Lindsey, Jocelyn Lindsey, Jillian Lindsey; stepchildren Jolene Lindsey and husband Jason, Jason Francis and wife Ralene; great grandchild Ezryne Saenz; as well as other nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
A family visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the Gordon Center, 305 N 2nd Ave. Durant, Oklahoma.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Gordon Center, located at 305 N. Second Ave. in Durant, Oklahoma with Chaplin Keith O’Brien officiating.
A graveside service will follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Kenefic, Oklahoma. Emory Pettry, Jason Francis, Jonathan Mapp, Jason Lindsey, and Zachary Gardner will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Addition, Robert Stephens, and Donny Ford.
