Rocky O’Neal Fults was born on August 8, 1955, in Durant, Okla., to William Wade and Grace (Hall) Fults. Rocky passed away in McKinney, Texas on April 7, 2023, at the age of 67. Rocky graduated from Bokchito High School and worked as a truck driver all his life. He married Peggy Lorraine Stafford on May 24, 1974, in Bokchito. He enjoyed dirt track racing and NASCAR racing. 
Rocky is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Boyd and Wayne Fults and sister, Barbara Ingram.
Rocky is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Peggy Fults; daughter, Janet Ballard and husband Larry of Bokchito, Okla.; son, Tony Fults of Bokchito, Okla.; brother, Travis Fults of Bokchito, Okla.; grandchildren: Courtney Gregory, Caitlyn Gregory, Mathias Ballard, Jacob Fults, and Nikki Fults; great-grandchildren: Zeppelin Brown, Nirvana Hernandez, Autumn Fults, Alayna Duncan, and Koda Fults and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Private family burial will be held at Bokchito Cemetery.
