Rocky Jim Oliver a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 in Bennington, Okla. at the age of 59. Rocky Jim Oliver was born on Aug. 31, 1960 to Ruby Fernon “Jackson” Oliver and Kenneth P. Oliver in Durant, Okla.
Rocky was an avid OU Football fan and loved the Caddo Lady Bruins where his niece plays. Rocky loved his family and friends and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone. He will be dearly missed.
Rocky was preceded in death by father, Kenneth; best friend, Gary Robison; grandparents, Bunk and Sylvia Jackson and step-father, Bob Jeffress.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are mother, Ruby Jeffress of Durant, Okla.; daughters, Kassie Oliver and boyfriend Jackson Apple of Cushing, Okla., and Ariana Cross of Wilson, Okla.; two grandchildren, Jeremiah, and Adyson Cross; his only sister, Valarie Robison and husband Andy of Bennington, Okla.; nieces: Hillary Moody and boyfriend Tracy Lee Brown of Colbert, Okla., Karlee Robison of Bennington, Okla.; nephews: Tad Holt and girlfriend Ashlyn Dill of Caddo, Okla., Keaton Robinson and girlfriend Savanna Brulton of Calera, Okla.; great-nephew, Jagger Moody, and great-niece Collins Moody of Colbert, Okla.; mother of his children, Katie Nabors.

A celebration of life for Rocky Jim Oliver will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home Chapel in Durant, Okla.
