Randy was a graduate of Durant High Schools and he held the 1983 State Championship title for football. He married the mother of his children, Mari Hartman in January 25, 1986. Randy was of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, spending time with his daughters and grandkids.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Mari Hartman of Colbert, Okla.; his daughters, Maranda Andrews and husband J.R. of Athens, Texas, Whitni Holcomb and husband John of Calera, Okla., his chosen daughter, Brittny Cheshier of Durant, Okla., and his brother, Ricky Knight of Durant, Okla.; grandchildren: Alec, Haylee, Aleesia, Regan, Ayden, Jayden, Gauge, and Braden; nephew and best friend, Chad Wilson; nephews: Brandon Harrison, Kyle Fincher, and Ethan Knight and his lifelong friend, James Smith of Utah.
Graveside services are set for Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Jackson Cemetery in Bennington, Okla., with Pastor Tommy Green officiating.
