Patricia Ann Teston Madison was born on April 29, 1947 in Portales, N.M. to Jack and Aileen Teston. She lost her battle with cancer and gained her wings and joined our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018 at the age of 71.
Patricia spent her younger years in Seminole, Texas. On Jan. 29, 1966, she married Charles Boyd Madison in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1969, they moved to Johnston County in Oklahoma where they remained until 1981 when they moved to Bryan County. During this time they raised their six children. Patricia was a very busy wife and mother, but she found time to do the different things she loved. One of which was gardening, from growing many different fruits and vegetables for the family to eat, to having a variety of beautiful flowers to enjoy. She liked to do ceramics also painting a variety of pieces.
Later in life, when her children got older, she worked at Anthony’s and Safeway. She then worked at Budget Inn until her failing health caused her to retire. She spent the last several years living with her daughter Saundra and her family, where she became really close to grandchildren, Justin and Christopher.
Patricia is survived by her six children, Michael and Angie Nail of Calera, Saundra and Todd Baugh of Bokchito, Karen Madison and Randall Lackey of Caddo, Charles Boyd Madison Jr. and Bobbie Honeycutt of Mead, Scotty Lynn Madison of Mead and Patrick Anthony Madison and Amber of Mead; 18 grandchildren, Rashell Glassco, David Wells, Michael Nail Jr., Justin Cross, Christopher Baugh, Christyn Clark, Dalton Hicks, Austin Hicks, Kassidy Madison, Jacqulane Madison, McKayla Madison, Mikenize Madison, Charles Boyd Madison lll, Cole Madison, William, Jacob and Alyssa Madison ; seven great grandchildren, Jaden Jaxson, Parker Kyler, Sierra, Ronnie and Liam; sister, Jalene and Randy Doyal; nieces, Kristi Briscoe, Melinda Ethridge and nephews, Kieth Doyal, Kyle Doyle and Robert Ethridge Jr.
Preceding her in death were her mother Aileen Wickson and her husband Rufus, her father Jack Teston and his wife Estel, her sister Wanda Etheridge and grandson, Richard.
