Noble Blankenship, of Caney, Okla. passed from this life on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the age of 86. She was born on Wednesday, July 3, 1935 in Rock Creek, Okla. to Walter Byron and Ruby Elizabeth (Willeby) Yates. 
She was a longtime resident of Caney, Okla. and married Finace Blankenship on May 4, 1957 in Reno, Nevada.
She was a good seamstress and enjoyed traveling, road trips, puzzle books, reading, watching westerns and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Byron and Ruby Elizabeth (Willeby) Yates; husband, Finace Blankenship; brother, Bobby Yates and sister, Sybil Adams.
Survivors include her son, Richard Blankenship and wife Helen of Salem, Oregon; daughter, Christina Hamm and husband Rick of Oktaha, Okla.; granddaughters, Danielle Blankenship of Durant, Okla., Riley Hamm of Tulsa, Okla.; brother, Byron Yates of Caney, Okla.; sisters, Pam Nutter of Caney, Okla., and Juana Grubbs of Shawnee, Okla. as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022 at the Monterey Chapel; 224 S. Ninth Ave. in Durant, Okla., and a graveside service will follow at the Summerfield Cemetery in Summerfield, Okla.
