DURANT – The Southeastern volleyball team opens its new season with a new coach and many new players one month from today.
Nicole Solum took the reins as the head coach following five seasons as an assistant coach at Winona State.
The Savage Storm opens with two festivals – first on the road at Angelo State on Sept. 6-7, and then back in Durant hosting the annual South Central Classic on Sept. 13-14.
After that, it is a balanced schedule with 11 home and 11 road matches.
The first of a 16-match Great American Conference schedule is on Sept. 17 at home against Oklahoma Baptist and SE wraps up the regular season at home also, taking on Southern Nazarene on Nov. 14 in the finale.
