Nevaeh Hendrix

Nevaeh Hendrix was born Nov. 11, 2005 in Idabel, Okla. the daughter of Larry Hendrix and Candice (Pettyjohn) Hendrix.

Nevaeh attended Swink School for four years. After Swink she was an active student at Ft. Towson School. She played Ft. Towson Junior High softball and basketball and also played for the Choctaw Youth Stickball League with the Nashoba Homma team. Nevaeh was the Junior Miss District 8 Princess of the Choctaw Nation.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfathers B.J. Schwemley and Les Reese.

She is survived by her parents, Larry and Candice Hendrix of Hugo, Okla.; sister, Heaven Chapman of Swink, Okla.; brother, Cash Hendrix of Hugo, Okla.; maternal grandmother, Tisha Reece of Ft. Towson, Okla.; paternal grandmother, Shirley Schwemley of Valliant, Okla.; great paternal grandfather, Charlise Hamilton of Valliant, Okla.; aunts, Joni Campbell and husband, Jeremy, Tatum Broyles, Brandy Chapman and husband, Bobby, Latisha Mote and husband, Edward, Casey Pettyjohn, Cadye Nation and husband, Eric and Torie Smiley and husband, James; uncles, Sean Pettyjohn and wife, Vickie and Levi Pettyjohn and wife, Joanie; numerous cousins along with many family and friends.

A memorial service will take place on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Fort Towson School Gymnasium.

Services are under the arrangements of Miller and Miller Funeral Home.
