Mary Bunch passed from this life on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the age of 74 in Durant, Okla. She was born on February 10, 1947 in Marietta, Okla. to Dan and Billie (Brown) Hughes.
Mary worked for numerous nursing homes during her lifetime where she was able to do what she loved the most, help take care of people. She was also an avid bingo player and loved playing dice as well. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her three daughters: Sheila and husband Jerry West of Durant, Okla., Marie and husband John Peden of Mead, Okla. and Barbara Ross of Mesquite, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jessica and Richard Anzaldua, Steven West, Aaron West, Tina and Eric Johnson, Sara Peden, along with her special granddaughter Kayla and Ty Miller. Mary had seven great-grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Billie; her husbands, Robert Haddock and Acie Bunch; her brothers: Billy Hughes, Bobby Hughes and Billy Gooch; and her sisters: Lucille Foster and Mauidin Lawson.
A graveside service will be held at the Rosewood Cemetery in Achille, Okla. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2 2 p.m. Family hour will be at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 5-7 p.m.
