Mark Mozeyko of Bennington, Okla., passed from this life on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the age of 69. He was born on Thursday, October 21, 1954 in Tacoma, Washington to John Paul and Lorraine Elizabeth (Hodney) Mozeyko.
He was a longtime resident of Bennington, Okla. for 17 years, and was previously of Washington state. He proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam war. He married Barbara (Cox) Mozeyko on February 26, 1983 in Port Orchard, Washington.
He was a big hippie that enjoyed rock and roll music, playing pool, and riding motorcycles. He also enjoyed painting and would paint landscapes and sailboats. He was also one to take pride in taking care of his lawn and his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Paul and Lorraine Elizabeth (Hodney) Mozeyko and his three brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Mozeyko of Bennington, Oklahoma; son, Robert McCall of Airway Heights, Washington; daughter, Brenda Everet of Bremerton, Washington; brothers, Timothy M. Holland of Washington, Raymond Shadtbolt; sisters-in-law, Pat Wood of Atoka, Oklahoma, Martha Kay Wight of Bokchito, Oklahoma; brother-in-law, Jerry Don Cox of Arkansas as well as other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Gordon Funeral Home in Durant, Okla., with Bro. David Kautt officiating.
