Linda Stanley, of Kingston, Okla., passed from this life on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021 at the age of 70. She was born on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 1950 in Jackson, Mich. to William Dallas “Buck” and Pauline (Yarbrough) Moore.
Linda married David William Stanley on July 20, 1985 in Jackson, Mich.
She moved to Kingston, Oklahoma on Oct. 28, 2019 from Arlington, Texas, where they lived for the previous 25 years. She enjoyed keeping everyone in line. She loved spending time with her family and greatly enjoyed her time sitting on the porch with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents; William Dallas “Buck” and Pauline (Yarbrough) Moore and a sister Sue Swienheart.
Survivors include her husband of the home; sons, Gary Hendricks of Kingston, Okla., Ronald Timothy Hendricks of Jackson, Mich., Jason Stanley of Arlington, Texas; daughters, Debra Lynn Wilson of Jackson, Mich., Jessica Pizano of Bedford, Texas; brother, Bill Moore of Sagine, Texas as well as numerous extended family and a host of friends.
A family hour will be held from 2-3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22, 2021 at Gordon Funeral Home in Durant, Okla.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 23, 2021 at the Monterey Chapel, 224 S. Ninth Ave. in Durant, Okla., with Bro. Dennis Pena officiating. Gary Hendricks, Timothy Hendricks, Jason Stanley and Scott Hendricks will serve as pallbearers.
