SHAWNEE – The Durant Lady Lions have become a fixture in the state tournament in recent years.

Durant secured a spot in the Class 5A state tournament bracket last week, defeating Skiatook twice in regionals.
Here is the schedule for this week’s state tournament. All games will be played on Field 3 at the Ballfields at Firelake in Shawnee.
Quarterfinals – Thursday, Oct. 11
Guthrie vs. Piedmont, 11 a.m.
Collinsville vs. Pryor, 1:30 p.m.
Carl Albert vs. Woodward, 4 p.m.
Durant vs. Tahlequah, 6:30 p.m.
Semifinals – Friday, Oct. 12
Guthrie/Piedmont vs. Collinsville/Pryor, 11 a.m.
Carl Albert/Woodward vs. Durant/Tahlequah, 1:30 p.m.
Championship – Saturday, Oct. 13
Semifinal winners, 2:30 p.m.
