Lacie JoLynn Brown, 33, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. She was born on March 10, 1987 in Madill, Okla. to the late Johnny Underhill and Debra Pittman Koop.
Lacie was raised in the Madill and Kingston area. She graduated from Madill high school in 2004 and later attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Okla. She worked all kinds of jobs, but was mainly a housewife and mother. Lacie enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening and fashion.
She is survived by her husband, James Brown of Durant, Okla.; children: Tyler Brown and Christian Brown of Durant, Oklahoma; uncle and aunt: David Awalt and wife Caryn (Nani) of Madill, Okla.; grandmother, Patricia Matheson of Kingston, Okla.; sister, Caitlin Trobaugh and husband Austin of Kingston, Okla. brother, Jonathan Freeman of Amarillo, Texas; stepmother, Norma Underhill of Hemphill, Texas.
Lacie was preceded in death by her parents; grandfather, Lomas Underhill; grandfather, Acie Pittman and grandmother, Jan Cryer.
A funeral Service was held Friday, March 13, 2020 at Watts Funeral Home in Kingston, Okla.
