Relatives on his father’s side are his Aunt Genevieve Delores, David Jaffarii, and his cousins Davie and Pepe, Uncle Monte Dean Drennan, Rhonda Drennan and many cousins, Aunt Mary Regina Wilkerson, James Wilkerson and cousins Demetra McBryar and Chris Wilkerson. There are many more family members.
Kelly resided in Durant, OK with his wife Nicole Rae Drennan and son Jayden Alexander. Kelly has 3 children, Jayden Alexander, Zayden Andrew, Kailee Nicoleher husband Keagan and their daughter Tatum.
Kelly was someone that was very driven and worked hard to provide for his family. He was self-taught but could easily pick up and learn new tasks. He would always make sure he made time, no matter how long of a day or the week he put in for work, he made sure he was spending time with his family or making plans to make sure time was given.
He loved to work on the yard, garden, cook, have friends over, build things, work on projects, listen to music, especially Christian music. He loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, swimming, fishing, and layout in the sun and always had his family by his side every step of the way.
Kelly spent a lot of time traveling for work and always made sure he was available by phone having long conversations or even falling asleep together on the phone with his wife when he couldn’t be home. Kelly could light up a room and make you laugh with little to no effort. If you were to meet the most amazing, interesting man ever, someone you could learn from, respect, and just always want to be around it would be Kelly Drennan.
The family would like to thank his extended family, Horne Brothers Construction and Blue Ridge Power. Complete Hospice for their loving care, and most of all his best friends William McClure and family and Matt Mathews and Family.
There are no services planned at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
