Juan Guillermo Sanchez of Durant, Okla. passed away on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 in Durant, Okla. at the age of 23. Juan was born on Jan. 19, 1997 in Dallas, Texas to Ofelia Devora and Guillermo Sanchez. 
Juan attended Durant High School and worked for CMC Commercial Metals as a welder. He was a member of St. William Catholic Church and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Juan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lorenz Devora.
Juan is survived by his mother, Ofelia Devora of the home; father, Guillermo Sanchez of Illinois; sister, Yasmin Sanchez of Durant; brother, Yordi Rivas of Durant; nephew, Exavier Sanchez of Durant and grandmother, MA Josefina Munoz of Monterrey, Mexico. 
A Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 at St. William Catholic Church in Durant with Rev. Carl Kerkemeyer officiating. Family visitation will be held on Friday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with Rosary to follow at 4 p.m. at the Church.
