Jimmy Lee Taylor Jr. was born on Sept. 11, 1963 in Altus, Okla., to Jimmy Lee Sr. and Ochrisie Ann (Howard) Taylor. Jimmy passed away on Nov. 26, 2020 in Durant, Okla., at the age of 57.
Jimmy attended Kingston Public Schools and worked in slaughter houses the majority of his life. He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed watching football, spending time with family and friends and he dearly loved his son and granddaughter.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Cody Eaves.
Jimmy is survived by son, Jimmy Taylor; sisters, Peggy Chill and husband Roy of Kingston, Okla. and Judy Bond and husband Randy of Durant, Okla.; brothers, Benny Taylor of Durant, Okla. and Kelly Taylor and wife Patty Smith of Green Forest, Ark.; granddaughter, Aubrey Taylor of Clayton, Okla.; nephew, Calvin Taylor Green Forest, Ark. and numerous extended family, nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 at Hainline Cemetery in Marshall Co. Chaplain David Kautt will officiate. Pallbearers will be Peggy Chill, Judy Bond, Kelly Taylor, Randy Bond, Jimmy Taylor and Calvin Taylor. Honorary pallbearer will Benny Taylor. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
