Jess Calvin “JC” Brown, Sr., 76, passed away on January 11, 2023. JC was born in Phoenix, Ariz., to Tommie and Juanita Brown. He attended Kingfisher public schools. He was a truck driver and worked in the oilfields.
JC proudly served in The United States Army. He married Ruth Gardner on April 11, 1993, in Dover, Okla.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Tommie and Juanita Brown.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Ruth Brown of the home; his sons, Jess Brown, Jr., and Tommy Brown of Madill, Okla.; his sisters, Carolyn Courtney of Buncombe Creek, Delma Anderson and Ruth Langly, both of Quinlan, Texas.

Cremation services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service of Madill.
