DURANT – On Friday, Dennis and Janice Houx marked the 50th anniversary of the wedding on Sept. 15, 1967.
The Houxes were married in Warrensburg, Mo., at the First Christian Church and have lived in Durant since 1984.
They have two daughters, seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
