Harley Faith Smalley entered this life on Tuesday, March 25, 2003 in Dallas, Texas to parents Jessie Smalley and Alicia (Melendez). She departed unexpectedly to her Heavenly home on Friday, April 28, 2023 at the age of 20.
Harley attended schools at Tishomingo, Madill, and Durant. She played in the school band and was also a member of the color guard. Harley was employed as a store attendant. She enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. She loved being a mom, singing, dancing and selfies.
Harley was preceded in death by her great grandparents and a best friend, Reagan.
She is survived by her sons, Adyrian King James and Ace Clary, both of Madill, Okla.; mom and step-dad, Alicia Duflot and Dallas of Madill, Okla.; dad, Evan Hudson of Butcher Pen, Okla.; sister, Angel Mattox and husband Will of Madill, Okla.; brother, Michael Mattox and wife Sharie Hudson of Durant, Okla.; grandparents, Cathy and Robert White of Durant, Okla.; nieces, Addison and Zepplin Arterberry of Madill, Okla.; aunts and uncles, Crystal and Bobby Williams, Vanessa and Jimmy Parnell, and Joseph and Monica Melendez; best friend, Tiara Roberts; and many cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Brown’s Funeral Home chapel in Durant with Pastor Israel Arnold officiating. Honorary casket bearers will be Michael Mattox, Joey Melendez, Will Arterberry, Rickey James, Dallas Duflot, Bobby Williams, and Jimmy Parnell.
A family visitation will take place one hour before the funeral on Friday at the funeral home.
