Jentri Haven Giesler entered and departed this world on May 20, 2024, in her hometown of Durant, Okla. Though her time on earth was brief, her impact was profound, leaving a lasting mark on the hearts of her family.
Jentri was born to proud parents Logan Shane Giesler and Kaydee Current, who, along with her brother Chevy Current, will remember the gift that she was to them. She is also survived by her grandmother Robin Current, and her grandparents Shane and Shelly Giesler, her uncles Jeremiah and Joshua Current of Durant, Okla., Leland Giesler of Achille, Okla., and Lane Giesler of Calera, Okla. Jentri’s family will hold her in their hearts forever, honoring her brief but meaningful journey through life.
She joins in peace her great-grandmother, Evelyn Current, great-grandfather, Carl Current, and aunts: Dizzy Wilhelm, Sharon Current, and Jennifer Current, who preceded her in death.
Her graveside service will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Highland Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor Erin Moraine officiating.
Services are under the direction of Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home, 121 N. Fifth Ave. in Durant.
