Infant daughter Finela Shaye Billy of Keitha Rawls and James Daniel Billy was stillborn on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at Alliance Health in Durant, Okla. Though she never spent any time with us, she touched many of her family’s lives.
Finela is survived by her mother, Keitha Danielle Rawls, father, James Daniel Billy, also her siblings: Nathan O’Neal, Jacob O’Neal, Danykah Billy, Dresden Billy, and Desias Billy. Her maternal grandparents, Tim and Gena O’Neal, her paternal grandparents, Winston and Cleta Billy. Aunt Monica and Uncle Jamie Bateman, Aunt Shannon Billy, Aunt Rebekah Billy, and Uncle Samuel Billy. Along with cousins, Brayden Bateman, Jayson Lopez, Sawyer Lopez, Jaerai Billy, Carmela Billy, and Mareli Lopez.
A gathering for Finlea Shaye Billy will be on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 from 4-9 p.m. at the family home at 3508 Carriage Point Drive in Durant, Okla.
