Evelyn Allen

Evelyn (Percell) Allen was born Monday, March 20, 1933 at the home place in Bennington, Oklahoma to Fairlee Franklin Percell and Ethel Dollie (Miller) Percell. Evelyn passed from this life on Christmas Day after succumbing to health issues at the age of 91.

Evelyn is a lifelong resident of Bennington where she grew up and attended school. She worked at Texas Instruments in Sherman for 22 years carpooling to work from Bennington. Evelyn could dance with the best of them as she attended many country and western dances.

She leaves behind her son, Freddie Allen of Bennington; nieces: Ronda Akins, Katrina Buchanan, and Amanda Vandenburg; nephews: Jeff Percell and Brad Percell; great nieces and nephews: Wyatt Rhodes, Elaina Buchanan, Bryce Vandenburg, Jesse Akins, Matthew Buchanan, and Cole Vandenburg; as well as other extended family members.
